Robert Pafundi was invited to testified before both the California State Assembly and Senate on two different proposed Bills related to protecting children in the entertainment industry, and both not only “passed” but were signed into law by our then Governors. He has also been retained and acted as an Expert Witness in legal proceeding before the Los Angeles Superior Court over the course of his career and continues to be available for this professional service.
